Wet Section

Cooling & Heating Coils

​

  • AHRI 410 Certified DX/Chilled Water and Hot Water Coils made of Cu tubes, Al/Cu fins with Cu headers & SS frames, as standard. 

  • Corrosion prevention dip electro coating on coils available. 

  • Coils are installed with stainless steel blanking plates as standard to prevent corrosion. 

  • Inner liner of all wet sections such as cooling coil and humidifiers are stainless steel as standard

  • Stacked & offset coil arrangement
    are available. 

Drain Pan

  • Coils above 48” in height include an intermediate drain.

  • Insulated external drain connection located under the floor panel to prevent condensation under the unit.

  • 10g. aluminum tread plate or SS grating over the SS drain pans for walk-in unit

  • Positively double sloped IAQ Drain pans made of 18ga, 304/316 stainless steel conforming to ASHRAE 62.1 (Chapter 5) with the outlet located at the lowest point.
