​Our basic design starts with No Thru Metal Construction

  • Inner/Outer Liners: Marine grade aluminum alloy sheets

    • gauges: 18, 16

    • polyester coated 

    • plain for indoor and embossed for outdoor

  • Composite (PVC and aluminum) jambs encase the inner and outer liners, protecting exposed sheet metal cut edges from corrosion and ensuring the casings are completely free of through-metal connections.

  • Panels are with pressure injected foam insulation

  • Embedded 2 stage gaskets are integral to the panel jambs and access doors. Glued on gaskets are eliminated!

  • All fasteners, such as bolts, screws etc are of stainless steel, thereby the casing is completely corrosion free.

  • Available Liner Options 

    • AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel in 20, 18, 16 gauge

    • Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) with UV Protection
